The Lost Treasure
This adventure started with the pirate ship and its captain, who we saved from being one of the Lost. Now it’s time to start searching for his treasure in the second installment of this point-and-click adventure puzzle game. We’ll need to solve plenty of puzzles in order to find out where that treasure is hidden, but also have to keep an eye out for hidden objects ourselves!
Enjoyed The Lost Ship (or like the genre)? If so, you’ll probably enjoy this, too. It features the same sort of point-and-click gameplay, this time with a dash of puzzle solving and yes, some treasure hunting. The cut scenes are gorgeous and the music is appropriately epic for an old-school adventure game.
The Lost Treasure is a classic point and click adventure puzzle game that continues the story of the pirate ship’s crew from the main game, The Lost Ship. The first level of this game is very similar to the previous one, with you collecting items and interacting with your surroundings in order to progress through the level. The end of this level reveals a new mechanic: using objects in a certain way using the inventory screen. This creates a more complicated, but also more rewarding experience for players as they come across obstacles that must be solved specifically by using tools inside your inventory.
The Lost Treasure features a similar style to The Lost Ship in terms of graphics and tone. You are still playing as an unnamed shipwrecked person looking for treasure on an island, but now you are accompanied by another man who wants the same prize, and there is a new plot twist that I won’t spoil here! Overall, it’s very much in keeping with the style of the first game.
