academic resources over encrypted SSL VPN connections. The app enables users to connect to their
organization’s network from anywhere in the world using an iPhone, iPad or Android device. With
SonicWALL Mobile Connect, users can securely access email, files, intranet sites and other
applications on their company’s network with just one tap of the screen. It also supports two-factor
authentication for added security.

The application uses the native VPN client on the device. SonicWall Mobile Connect is designed to
give users secure access to resources behind a SonicWall firewall from their mobile devices. It
provides policy-based, granular access control and end-to-end encryption of data transmitted
between the user’s device and corporate or academic networks.
