Socks are a staple of childhood. You can’t have too many (unless you’re not a fan of the dusty, dirty type), and they’re always a practical gift for a young person. With so many other options out there—video games, toys, iPods, cell phones, clothes—it’s always nice to know that there’s at least one thing you can give that will last forever and never go obsolete. And if you love somebody enough to give them socks as a gift, it’s nice to know that they’ll actually use them! As a little baby grows up into a toddler, they’ll find all kinds of uses for their ever-growing collection of socks.
