OutlookAttachView
OutlookAttachView is a utility that scans your Outlook mail folders and presents you with a list of all file attachments that it finds. It displays the name of the file, the size, and the type. If desired, you can save the attachments list to a text or HTML file.
The program features an Explorer-style interface that offers support for drag-and-drop operations; it displays thumbnails for picture files (if any are found in the selected folder); and it permits sorting by attachment name or size. You can also use wildcards to include attachments from other folders in the scan.
The software is compatible with all versions of Microsoft Outlook including Outlook 2013.
OutlookAttachView is a tool that scans your Outlook mail folders and presents you with a list of all file attachments that it can find. The program has been designed for attachment management, but can also be used to check which files have been sent to you by your friends and colleagues. This way, you will know if something has gone missing in transit or if a person simply didn’t attach a file that they promised they did. If you need to recover an email message with an attachment, this tool will help you find it by displaying the list of all emails that contain one or more file attachments.
It’s important to note that although OutlookAttachView checks the size of each attachment it finds, it doesn’t actually open them. This means that the process is as fast as possible and uses very little CPU and memory resources. The application also supports command-line options so you can run it from within scripts or batch files in order to save time and effort when dealing with many Outlook mailboxes.
