The main character is Vinnie, a brown dog who can talk and wears a blue vest. (The player doesn’t see his face.) At the beginning of the game, he’s moving into town with his owner, who has just adopted two new pets: one girl and one boy hamster.

While unpacking in their new apartment, Vinnie hears a knock on the door and meets Pepper, his neighbor. As they’re talking, they hear another knock and answer to find Zoe and her owner, who have just moved in next door. When Pepper goes to visit Zoe’s apartment later that day, she sees that Zoe has a pet bird named Coco.

With a cast of lovable pets and lovable owners, the story line is sure to entertain tweens as they play through the game’s 15 levels (each taking anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes to complete).
