A boy named Bubby and a girl named Babs went on a journey to save them from death. They use Bubble to compete with monster. This is the only way to rescue their friends.

Bubble Bobble 2 is the orthodox game in Bubble Bobble series. Bubblun, Bobblun, Kululun, Cororon have been cursed by Superdrunk after reading the sealed book then turned to bubble dragon and trapped in the world of Bubble Bobble. One day, Bub and Bob visited the cave where they met Superdrunk who was accidentally released by them. When he saw the twins, he became very furious and started to chase them. The twins ran away as fast as they could so that they had no time to think about how to save their friends.

Bub and Bob, the bubble dragons, are back to save their friends from the curse of Superdrunk. The four bubbles must find all their friends in 100 different levels and make their way through the monsters to reach the end of each level. They can jump on the monsters’ heads, or temporarily trap them with their bubbles… just don’t let them fall!

Bubble Bobble 2 is a fun version of the original Bubble Bobble. It is hard to find any games that are similar to it, and I am glad to have found a copy on Ebay. The price was right, and it came with another game that I had never heard of before: Super Zugan.
