The new BoardWorks program will be a boon to your organization, so it is important that you make sure your board members are happy with the program as they take it on. You can do this by sending a survey to each member after they have had a chance to use it. In it, you can ask them how well they find the software works in their own situation. You can ask them how easy they found it was to adjust to a new system or figure out what the software is meant to do. You can also ask them how much time they spend using the program and whether that amount of time is reasonable compared to what they would have spent without such software. Take note of any positive or negative aspects of the BoardWorks experience that come up for your board members in their responses and address those issues in future surveys or meetings with them.
