Astro Avenger II (aka AstroAvenger 2: Захват Галактики) is a video game published in 2008 on Windows by DivoGames Ltd., astragon Software GmbH. Its an action game, set in an arcade, sci-fi / futuristic and shooter themes. You can play as one of four different characters, each with their own special abilities.
You can play through the story mode or go on the internet to challenge other players from around the world. The game has online options so you can play with people from all over the world and also play in tournaments against other players to win trophies.

The game was developed in the beginning of 2008, soon after the release of the first part of the game. The project was started by two people who were fans of the original Astro Avenger. They created a new studio called DivoGames and began working on a sequel to the classic shooter game.
As far as I know, there are no jokes about aliens or sci-fi stuff like that in this game. But it’s still one of my favorite games as it has great visuals and interesting gameplay. The story takes place in 2571, when humanity reached its limits concerning the development of space technology. The whole humankind goes back to their home planet Earth because they’ve no other option but to leave space exploration behind them forever.
